How should you prepare for your BareFoot workshop?
start with three simple things …

•Stretch your body and your feet!
Start preparing to use your body, especially your feet in ways that will be new to you.
•Refresh your knowledge of muscles & bony landmarks!
This will help you quickly access the muscles and landmarks to better understand the placement and intention of each massage stroke.
•Get your pedicure on!
Your tools (👣) need to be exfoliated & hydrated for class so start your foot care
